In this role, you will lead the development of forward-thinking product strategies and digital solutions that enhance the Guest experience and drive and transform business growth. You’ll work across multiple teams and disciplines to bring bold ideas to life—leveraging cutting-edge technologies, data insights, and creative collaboration. This is a high-impact role for someone who can connect vision to execution and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion the strategic direction of digital and technology initiatives that align with Disney Cruise Line’s growth roadmap.

• Translate complex business challenges into innovative product strategies and actionable plans.

• Lead the development of data-informed product concepts and presentations to gain alignment across stakeholders.

• Collaborate with business, creative, and technology teams to gather requirements and ensure shared understanding of goals and priorities.

• Translate product concepts into clear deliverables such as user stories, epics, briefs, and scope documents.

• Serve as the primary product management representative during product rollouts, providing leadership and escalation support.

• Support defect triage and resolution by partnering with technical, creative, and production teams.

• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization through presentations, meetings, and written updates.

• Inspire and guide teams through ambiguity, using strategic, creative, and analytical thinking to identify innovative solutions.

• Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas and experimentation into the product development process.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in digital customer experience for national or global brands.

• Proven ability to use data to form assumptions and build business cases.

• Experience presenting product performance and program outcomes to stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of innovative thinking.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to turn ideas into actionable plans.

• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and influencing at all leadership levels.

• Experience identifying and resolving technical, user, and business challenges.

• Proficiency with Agile software development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Product Owner or Equivalent

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
